I don't think it is selling now because this magazine comes out every week so i think you could not buy it anymore unless you are in Malaysia, which you will need to do something like sending mail to them requesting for that particular issue if i am not wrong. Now the issue is already #265. You can check epop Facebook at:

or try asking them about getting that issue on Facebook but i am not sure if they will reply you.
