but WHY can't they have these events indoors? or else, they should have outdoor heating...

I dont think they could find a place enough to fit like 6000+ ppl. LMAO, I heard that although only certain amount of #s were passed, there were still other ppl there to support him.
WELL, in the first place, its hard to fit 3000+ ppl in a room..or closed area...so outdoors is the only choice left.
