Show Lo Sick in Bed and Whole Body Limp, Suffers the Needle

Last afternoon, Show “Xiao Zhu [Little Pig]” Lo was going to have a competition against Jam Hsiao for GTV’s “100% Entertainment, but suddenly came down with a fever of 39°C. H was rushed to the hospital and after 2 IV drips, his fever reduced a little, and so the filming could only be cancelled.

High fever of 39°C, Cancels Event with Jam Hsiao

GTV’s “100% Entertainment” had an out-of-studio special, where Show and Jam would have an athletics showdown, competing in bowling, basketball and pool [billiards]. For the basketball portion, Show had planned to “act cool,” “do three pointers,” “3 on 3,” and other things, unfortunately Show came down with a high fever, and couldn’t even walk steadily, so cancelled the event last minute. Yesterday, at about 5 in the morning, Show suddenly felt himself grow hot, and to reduce his body temperature, he thought of soaking in warm water for half an hour. Then after he sweat, his body temperature did in fact decrease, but only temporarily. In the morning before he left for filming, his whole body grew cold and weak, and then burned up to 39°C, but Show still insisted on going to film; but the production crew decided to cancel the event in consideration of Show’s condition.

Tonsil Inflammation, 2 IV Drips

Show’s manager, Xiao Shuang, says, recently Show has had his work schedule packed, so an over exertion of energy. A while back he the same thing happened, but yesterday he couldn’t even walk properly, no energy and slow. He couldn’t even really talk. He was rushed to the hospital for an IV drip. After one, his fever reduced to 37°C, then so as to quickly reduce his fever, he had another IV drip. The doctor says that Show’s tonsil were inflamed/infected, and his whole throat swelled up, so he needs to rest at home.

Today, Show has to go to the recording studio for his album, but everything is going to depend on how his condition is, and whether or not he needs to continue to take time off.
