[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Taiwan's pop diva A-Mei will kick off the first performance of her seven-night AMeiZING World Tour in Taipei tonight. As the singer did not announce the names of the guest performers at her concert, concertgoers were eager to know who will be turning up.
It is believed that A-Mei will not have any guest performers on the first three nights of her concert. Although the concert organisers had been very secretive regarding the identity of her guest performers, the singer was spotted rehearsing with singer-actor Show Luo two nights ago.
While A-Mei and Show rehearsed, a black cloth covered the dance studio's front door, and the staff members were on high alert, keeping look out for the media from time to time. At around 9pm, Show left the venue while A-Mei continued rehearsing until 10.30pm.
It was also reported that A-Mei's rumoured ex-boyfriend Lee Hom will be one of the guest performers at her concert.
When the media approached A-Mei's manager, he replied coyly, "Why don't you make a guess?"
Lee Hom's management agency refused to comment when approached. However, the singer shared that he would be in Taiwan for a couple of days and that he had been practicing hard on the piano and keeping fit, fuelling speculations that the rumour may be true.
Other rumoured guest performers at A-Mei's concert include Jay Chou, Selina Jen, Harlem Yu and Jody Jiang. Jody's manager was the only one who denied that Jody would be performing.
