Rainie Yang and Show Lo have been practising dancing non-stop for their new album. Rainie leads a group of pretty nurses to challenge “drip dance”. They each hold a drip pole, and dance till both hands have bruises. Because she must do dance movements around the pole, she shyly said, “It’s like doing pole dance!”

As for Show, his album will be released on the 26th of December. His dance moves are extremely difficult, and he must complete a total of 128 moves in only 20 seconds. Hence, he specially invited Henry Link from Italy, who was once Michael Jackson’s dance teacher to help him. However, before he arrived to Taiwan, the 2 had to communicate via video past midnight. As there were language barriers, they could only communicate via physical language, and Show could not help but laugh: “A big man like me, dancing and making sounds like ‘en en ah ah’to a screen at midnight, if people saw me, they would definitely think I am weird!” Show also has to wear crystal gloves that weigh 5kg and hence his arms got cut and bled; Show cried, “Swollen like pig hooves!”

I can't wait to see Show's new dance but hearing that he got injured while practicing makes me feel "xin tong".. he put in so much time & effort into this album! it's definately worthy of our support!

he got hurt again.. my heart hurt wen i read it.. but he managed to pull a joke out of it.. the album will definitely worth it.. show loves family so much he'd get hurt while practicing to give all of us a good show.. love him much..

100% agree with you! An expert dancing really hurts your body. maybe at a few first attempts.
I hope that he doesn't have to that "ping ming". Still has to take a good care of his health. What do this dancing worth if your body is broken? ;( so sad to hear this news.
