Actually, this list is still not yet confirmed/in the process of confirmation. There will be more artists being added in the list soon. By early or middle August.

And there's news that most probably, there won't be any representative from Philippines because this year only 9 countrie and 15 teams are participating which is a reduction from last year's 12 countries and 22 teams.
BUT as you can see from above, only 12 teams are listed so there might still be hope. The rest of the 3 teams will be revealed this August.
