no its not, if you dont believe me take your hands and cover the bottom half of his face where the fat is and you can see that this is how he looks like now. Actually this programming is quite popular at my school where kids take pictures of themselves and stretch the botto half of their face to make themselves look fat. Someone posted the first one on his weibo already and he laughed
